First, string a glass bead and a round pewter bead on a headpin and use your round nose jewelry plier to make a loop at the top of pewter bead. Follow the same steps to create the other one. And then, attach the two beaded pendant and fish pendant on the ring of pewter hanger. Second, cut off a length of elastic cord. Make sure the length is longer than the perimeter of your wrist. Then, string all the rest glass beads on the cord, and then add a pewter fish bead, the pewter hanger and one more pewter fish bead. Third, make a knot with your cords, and cut off the extra length.
